- Why doesn’t the acrylic sheet look transparent when received?
To protect the surface from scratches or damage during production and shipping, both sides of the acrylic sheets are covered with a protective film. Some edges may appear slightly rough after cutting, which is normal and not a quality issue. Once the film is removed, the sheets will be crystal clear.
- Why is the display case not pre-assembled?
Our cases are made of high-quality acrylic, which can be fragile during transit. To avoid breakage, we ship the parts flat-packed. Assembly is simple and ensures your product arrives safely.
- Why are there small errors in the plate notches?
All plates are machine-cut, and slight variations (around ±0.3mm) may occur. This is within industry tolerance standards and does not affect assembly or usage.
- What should I check before assembling the display case?
Please do not remove the protective film before checking all pieces. First, inspect for any damage, and simulate assembly to ensure all parts fit correctly. Once confirmed, you can peel off the film and assemble the box.
- How long does production and delivery take?
All of our pieces are made to order and begin production after your purchase. Production typically takes approximately 6–8 weeks, depending on demand and product complexity. Once completed, shipping takes an additional 1–6 business days within the United States.
This process ensures a high-quality, unique piece that is worth the wait.
- What if the size I ordered doesn’t fit?
If the size isn’t right, we accept returns or exchanges for unused items with intact protective films. Please provide clear photos of all pieces to confirm they are undamaged and resellable. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Can custom-sized products be returned?
Unfortunately, custom sizes are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, as they are tailored specifically for you and cannot be resold.
- What if my product is damaged during delivery?
Please check your package upon delivery and, if possible, receive it face-to-face. If you notice visible damage, reject the package immediately. If the damage is discovered after signing, please provide photos of the unassembled parts with the protective film still attached. After confirmation, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.
- What kind of power adapter should I use for the lighted display case?
We recommend using a 5V/2.0A USB power adapter for stable lighting performance. The display case includes a Type-C to USB cable for easy setup. Simply plug the Type-C end into the case and the USB end into a 5V charger, power bank, or USB port.
⚠️ Please avoid using 9V or 12V adapters, as higher voltage may cause flickering, dimming, or shorten the LED lifespan.
- Why do I notice a subtle darker area within the light?
Before leaving our facility, each piece undergoes rigorous illumination and performance testing using professional equipment and expert inspection.
On rare occasions, slight shadowing may appear after transit. This is typically caused by minor internal component overlap during shipping movement, which may temporarily block part of the light path.
This is a physical shadow effect, not an LED malfunction, and does not affect performance, safety, or longevity. If you observe a subtle darker area:
- Turn off and unplug the unit.
- Place it upright on a stable surface.
- Gently adjust its position or lightly tap the back panel to allow internal components to naturally resettle. Please avoid forceful movement.
- To preserve product integrity, we kindly recommend not opening or disassembling the back panel.
- If the appearance does not improve after adjustment, please contact our support team, and we will be happy to assist you.
- Is the LED lighting safe to use?
Yes. The LED system has been tested under FCC SDoC standards to ensure safe and stable operation.
It is designed for low-voltage (5V) use, making it safe for everyday display environments.
