At Aqua Rainbow Design, we aim to provide clear, transparent, and reliable shipping for every order.
FREE SHIPPING
Free economy shipping is available on qualifying orders over $199 within the contiguous United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).
Qualifying purchase amounts apply to merchandise only and do not include taxes, service fees, or gift card purchases. Once your order exceeds the threshold, free economy shipping will automatically be applied at checkout. If you select an upgraded shipping method, additional charges will apply.
Please note that certain oversized or heavier items may incur additional shipping charges based on size and weight. Shipping for these items is calculated at checkout and is based on the heaviest item in your order.
In some cases, oversized items cannot be shipped together and may require separate orders.
Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii may require additional shipping fees. Please contact us for details.
At this time, we ship within the United States only.
PRODUCTION & PROCESSING TIME
All Aqua Rainbow Design pieces are made to order and begin production after your purchase.
Each piece is carefully produced using precision-cut acrylic components to ensure consistency, quality, and visual impact.
Production typically takes approximately 6–8 weeks, depending on demand, seasonality, and product complexity.
Because each item is created specifically for you, once an order enters production scheduling, cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
This process allows us to deliver a unique, high-quality piece that is truly worth the wait.
Orders are handled Monday through Friday between 8:30 am and 8:00 pm Pacific Time (PT).
Custom or personalized items may require additional production time. Specific details, if applicable, will be noted on the product page.
SHIPPING & TRANSIT TIME
We generally ship via UPS or USPS.
After your order has been completed and shipped, delivery typically takes approximately 1–6 business days, depending on destination and carrier conditions.
Tracking information will be emailed once your order has shipped.
Shipping timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
We ship only to valid street addresses within the United States. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
Oversized or special handling items may require additional shipping arrangements or fees. If applicable, we will contact you before shipment.
DELAYS
We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays once a package has left our facility.
We are also not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, carrier disruptions, or supply chain interruptions.
REFUSED DELIVERIES
If a delivery is refused and returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your parcel upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you.
