Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

After 24 hours, as all items are made to order, production may begin and cancellations are not guaranteed.

If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at aquarainbow.business@gmail.com.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items that meet the conditions below. This policy applies to purchases made directly on our official website only.

As our products are made to order, returns are only accepted for eligible items. 
Please note: removing the protective film will make the item non-returnable.

  • The protective acrylic film must remain intact
  • The product must be in its original condition and packaging, unused and unmodified
  • All original components must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required

If your return meets the above conditions, please contact us at aquarainbow.business@gmail.com to request authorization. If approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Conditions
We do not accept returns for:

  • Products that have had the acrylic protective film removed
  • Products that have been used, assembled, or show signs of installation or modification, including any changes to the LED system
  • Custom or personalized items (if applicable)
  • Sale items or gift cards

LED System Warranty (60 Days)

  • Our LED base components are covered under a 60-day repair or replacement warranty from the date of delivery.
  • We will repair or replace the LED base at no cost as long as it has not been modified or disassembled by the customer.
  • Any unauthorized modification or attempt to repair the LED system voids all warranty and return eligibility.

Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at aquarainbow.business@gmail.com. We will evaluate the issue and offer a suitable solution.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order separately. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-15 business days.
  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at aquarainbow.business@gmail.com.
